Welcome to LM Montana. By accessing our website, applying for the LM Collective membership, attending our networking events, or utilizing our VIP concierge services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
LM Montana provides private lifestyle management, networking events, and VIP concierge fulfillment. Membership to the LM Collective is a privilege. We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or revoke membership access to our private portal at our sole discretion. You must be at least 21 years of age to apply for membership or utilize our services.
By opting into our mobile messaging program, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding our telecommunications.
Program Description: LM Montana members who opt-in will receive automated SMS messages regarding concierge request updates, VIP booking confirmations, Club Perk balances, and member-exclusive event invitations.
Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with the portal and your concierge request history.
Pricing: Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details regarding your specific plan.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the shortcode or number sending the messages. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Customer Care / Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@lmmontana.com.
Carrier Liability: Carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
All requests for VIP concierge services and event bookings are processed securely through our member portal. We provide local coordination and fulfillment for our members. All sales and booking fees are final unless an event is canceled by LM Montana.
Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all LM Montana networking events and in all communications with our concierge team. Harassment, illegal behavior, or violation of our community standards will result in immediate termination of your membership.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the portal or our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
